Please note - VAT is calculated within the shopping cart. A VAT receipt of payment is automatically generated when shopping on-line, this receipt is also a warranty receipt for the goods ordered. VAT Registration Number 873688270

Delivery within 7 to 10 days - De-signage normally deliver goods within 7 to 10 working days from date of purchase. A Order Confirmation will be sent on receipt of order containing an estimated delivery date (via email if a email address has been submitted). However due to any unforeseen situation, please allow 28 days for delivery, if your order is delayed a member of the De-signage team will notify you by phone or email.

Returning personalised items - De-signage returns policy is to fully refund any personalised item, in the event that the item is damaged or will exchange personalized items if the sign has been incorrectly ordered. If you wish to return any item, please notify De-signage within 7 working days of receipt of goods by telephone or email. Please note any Postage and Packaging payments are not refundable and a administration charge of £5.00 may be incurred.

Materials - All vinyl's used are UV Stable and durable for internal and external usage. All Glass Acrylic 'perspex' is made from fully recyclable material. We use either 5mm or 10mm thick material, which is filed scraped and polished to a high quality finish.

After care - Clean Glass Acrylic 'perspex' signs, plaques, glass acrylic 'perspex' numbers and letters with a soft cloth and soapy water.  DO NOT clean this product with any abrasives or solutions which may scratch or discolour surfaces.

Warranty - The 'Number Express' ranges and 'House Signs and House Plaque' ranges are guaranteed against defeats in design and material, for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.  We however are under no liability in respect of any defeats arising from accidental damage, handling and maintenance of the products or faulty installation.  If the product is defective due to any of the above reasons listed, any credits or replacements are at De-signage's discretion.
