Will the materials corrode?
We use the highest quality materials on the market, to ensure that no weather
condition, whether extensive heat, UV index, acidic rain or coastal environments
effect the quality of our products.
Which style of sign shall I choose?
Our designers have created 40 different styles and shapes of sign - giving you
1000’s of choices. There’s something for every kind of property, and everybody’s
taste. The typefaces have been selected to suit each style of house plaque. So
whether you’d like ultra modern or classically traditional, you can design your
house sign to fit. If you need any advice, please call us for assistance.
What if I want to use a different colour or typeface?
Manufacturing our products in-house means we can cater for any specific
requirements you have, within our standard order timeframe. Just email or call
us and we’ll be happy to assist.
How
do I create a bespoke sign? I don’t know where to start!

What if I don’t like my sign when it arrives?
Our customers’ satisfaction is really important to us, and we aim to support our
customers in every way possible. So please contact us.

What if I’m not in when my parcel arrives?
With a busy lifestyle, it’s easy to miss important deliveries. If you’re not in,
a card will be left by the delivery company and will explain how you can
retrieve your parcel.
What if my parcel is returned to De-signage uncollected?
As part of our customer service, De-signage will re-deliver the item at no extra
charge and will endeavour to deliver on the best day to ensure your goods are
received.
What if the sign is damaged on arrival?
Contact us via telephone or email, we’ll endeavour to resolve the problem
immediately.
What if my sign has the wrong information on it?
Contact us via telephone or email. We know mistakes can happen, and whether by
customers or by De-signage, any incorrect colours , typeface or spelling will be
resolved immediately.
Do
you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. The shopping cart will calculate the cost to any
areas outside the UK.
How
do I pay for my sign?
We offer a secure payment online facility supplied by SecureTrading which
accepts the following cards; Visa debit, Visa credit, MasterCard, Maestro,
Switch and Solo. You can also send cheque payments or pay by PAYPAL.
How
long does delivery take?
We usually deliver signs 7-10 working days after your order is placed. If there
is a problem with your order you will be notified by telephone or email.
Do
I need to sign for delivery?
Yes, all our packages are sent via special delivery and require signing for.
How
do I fit my sign?
Your sign arrives with a drilling template, and all the relevant screws and
fixings, along with step-by-step installation instructions. You can also
download a copy here. Fitting is simple, but if you get stuck give us a
call and we will talk you through the process. We also offer a drill set, to
ensure you use the right equipment - you can purchase this in the shopping cart.
Do
you have a brochure?
Our brochure is currently being updated, but we offer such an array of product
combinations that it’s difficult show you all the possibilities! However, a copy

What are the signs made from?
The signs are made from ‘glass acrylic’ - a high quality Perspex material. Glass
acrylic has the aesthetic appeal of glass with great durability,
