I am amazed at how efficient the postal service can be when one says "No, I know that you have it because it has a tracking tag on it" After hearing "No - we don't have any parcel for you" I was astounded at how suddenly they located the parcel.

Just a brief note to say that we have safely received our package on Friday and are both very, very impressed with the quality of the door plaque that your company has produced for us.
There is always a bit of trepidation when ordering items via the internet. You have little to go from in terms of reputation and what the finished product will actually look like. I guess in some cases it could be a bit of a gamble.
I am glad to say that the standard of your work has far exceeded what I expected to receive, if I am honest, and it will take pride of place at the front of our new house. (Keys handed over friday - so just in time).
Equally I will be glad to recommend you to others, as a result of inevitable enquiries from friends and family, as to where we got such a bespoke and contemporary piece of work.

Having finally moved to our new house, you know what builders are like, I have finally been able to put up our new house number and I havr to say it looks fantastic.
It's such an improvement over the usual brass numbers or the metal plaques with flowers on! I'm sure somebody must like them, just not me and I imagine not many others either.
